How I work

A Different Kind of Business Support

Many SMEs reach a point where experience matters more than theory. 


I work alongside business owners and boards throughout the West Midlands to provide independent perspective, structured challenge, and commercially grounded insight — drawing on over 20 years of building, scaling, and leading successful businesses.


This is not advisory in the abstract. It is support grounded in real decisions, real consequences, and real growth — helping leaders cut through complexity, strengthen governance, and move forward with confidence.

What I do

Independent Business Advisory & Non-Executive Support

I support SMEs at moments that matter most — when the business is evolving, pressure is increasing, or key decisions carry long-term consequences.


This typically includes:
